Returns & Exchanges

Returns We offer a full return or exchange on all non-sale items, given the items meet our full return policy requirements. We offer an exchange or credit note on sale items, given the items meet our full return policy requirements. Garments may only be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Garments that are returned are only eligible if they are in original packaging, not washed, marked, worn, altered or damaged. Items with make-up, fake tan, markings, stains, smells or have been altered will not be accepted. If returns are initiated after 14 days, they may be denied.
All final-sale items are non-refundable.
Faulty Returns A refund will be issued on garments and products that have a distinct and irreparable fault. If there is a minor fault, we are required to fix/repair the product and forward it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, we will replace the garment for you. If we are unable to replace it for you, a refund will occur for the total purchase amount. Purchasing an incorrect size or being unhappy with the fit of the product is not a manufacturing fault.
Exemptions to Return Policy Wear and Tear – Once purchased and worn, it is the customers responsibility to care for the garment. Garments that have been damaged through wear and tear are not eligible for a refund. Azzurra the Label does not offer a warranty on their products, as wear and tear may occur over time. Dry-cleaning – Azzurra the Label is not responsible for the 3rd party damage in cleaning.
Note: Azzurra the Label reserves the right to deny an exchange, store credit or refund if the garment does not meet the requirements above. If a return is denied, the product will be sent back to the customer.
